Day 4 -- induction

Today is the last day of our induction period and it feels so bad because we have been a part as the school from the first day and teachers staff and students putforward a nice relationship and it creates a feel bad to come after the induction.

#### Observation day 2
The first hour was taken by arun sir and the topic is hybridization and his class was so perfect and students also have a fear in there eyes they became as quiet as they can compared to other classes and the way of teaching is also good ...

### meeting the principal
Due to covid sir have been in a quarentine period and we can't met him at the first day.thus we jad the opportunity to met him on the fourth day of school induction .
We asked a lot of questions to the principal about the school,teachers ,staff etc and he also share his experience I. The school and he is the deauty offi er in mar ivanous colloge and a ex student of our MTTC and we are so happy to hear that from his side and he toldd us the experiences in MTTC and we asked that what is the expected quality of teacher and he replied us that be punctual and confident ...so on....

#### meeting the vice principal
We had also met the vice principal teriane and she is very active and kind heart person who also shared a lot of experience and details about the school and she also point out that the language quality of a teacher is so noted able and do work on it and also told us some guidelines to become a good teacher so on...

Time to say good bye for our induction day and we went to our classes and took pic and look around for the last time again and agian feeling like may be will be back with that hope we had stepped out..from school with a heavy heart...
