As a teacher, your role in a student’s life goes beyond providing a great education. You’re a leader, role model, coach, advisor and facilitator of positive growth. Since students spend so much of their time in your classroom, it’s up to you and your fellow educators to make school a positive and inspiring environment where children can do their best work and be their best selves.

### The first hour 
       

The first hour was taken by ancy miss and teacher taught us Early childhood, physical development, social development, Emotional, language development and intellectual of a child.

               :. Perceptual development

## The 2nd  hour 
 The class was started by a beautiful prayer by Greeshma and thought of the day was by Poornima she did a wonderful job.Today shiney miss teachs us about Reflection. They are of 3 types 
                    * Reflection on action
                   * Reflection in action
                   * Reflection from action
The Reflective practitioner "PK+CK=PCK and pedagogical content knowledge (PCK)
Pedagogical content knowledge includes a set of special attributes and help a teachers to transfer the knowledge of content to learners in a pedagogical powerful and personally meaningful way.

### The 3rd hour
       Today sir taught us about Effectiveness indicators of a class. They are being pleasent,variety,ask questions,eye content,creating positive environment,empathy,known to unknown,concrete to abstract,near to far, simple to complex.After the class Joju sir invited M.Ed interners and give them a sent off for them and gave the beautiful message and blessed them.Maya miss presence also make the event so special teacher also gave them beautiful ok and blessings. They also gave us chocolate and they share there experience with us .
Today also another good day and I enjoyed a lot.
