Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body,thought and action, restraint and fulfilment,harmony between man and nature,a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well being. 

            We started our day by doing yoga and prayer. Today we learn a lot new asanas and accure new knowledge.The class went on very well and we all enjoyed it very much,todays class was so entertaining and refreshing.

            The 2nd hour is taken by the new student teacher and she taught us about the computer assistant instruction.
              Computer assister instruction ia an interactive instructional technique where by a computer is used to present the instructional material and monitor the learning that takes place.

Miss is so active and noble,interact with all the children and make the day

The period was start with prayer and by spelling the qoutes.Miss taught us the scientific method
*Sensing a problem
*Defining a problem
*Collecting data
*Interpreting data
*Formulating hypothesis
*Testing hypothesis
*Drawing conclusion..... And so on...

After the break the student teachers those who came for internship took the classes 
            

Miss taught us about how psychologist define intelligence.
          Intelligence is nota single unitary ability ,but rather a composite of several functions.the ter denotes that combination of abilities required for survival and advancement within a particular culture.

       Education is theprocess of facilitating learning or the acquisition of knowledge,skills ,values beliefs and habits. And also abou formal,informal,and non informal education
